On this episode of “The 25 Live”, Jim has a discussion with retired US Army Colonel Dr. Kathy Platoni regarding behavioral health in the military/first responders. Dr Platoni served as a clinical psychologist for more than three decades before retiring in 2013. Dr Platoni was deployed on four occasions in time of war including Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Iraq & Afghanistan. She is also a survivor of the Fort Hood Mass Shooting that take place in November 2009. Dr Platoni is involved in the areas CISM Team and spends the majority of her time working with the Military and First Responders at her private practice.
